Booking in appointments through phone calls and at the desk for their vehicles. Communicating to technicians and installers about work needing to be done. Using the computerized system to book in appointments and print paperwork. Being organized, customer service friendly and team orientated is essential. Must be able to walk and lift for 8 hours a day, work in a fast paced environment, requires some knowledge or interests in automotive and must have full availability. This is a full-time position.
